Windshield Wipers

My windshield wipers only work on high and low, they don't work intermittently anymore, also when I hold it in to spray washerfluid, the wipers don't work anymore. Anyone ever experience this problem?

My problem is almost identical. My intermittent doesn't work anymore. But my low, high and sprayer still works.

Mine is 2004. What year is your?
