this guy has his car beep every time hes gonna hit the rev limiter. ive heard of tacks with lights but not beeps. where can i get one of these. here the vid for u to see what im talking about

Unless you redline every time in every gear while driving, you shouldn't have to worry about it getting on your nerves.

I make my GF watch the tach and make a beep sound at 8K. She forgot one time and I overrevved, had to choke the bitch.

last time i had a bitch in the car she said "i want to go fast before i get out." she beep'd/screamed all the way through 5th (about 140) and then i ended up with fingernail marks in my arm. anyone got some duct tape i can borrow next time?

Jesus, do you hit redline every day or something? The only time my car usually sees redline is sometimes at autocross... and maybe once every week or two on the street. It's my dd.

 

My S sees redline everyday on on/off ramps and I daily it as well.
What's the prob? You consider it abuse?
As long as you maintain your car and pay attention to the more critical components you should be fine.

Yea, I agree. i hate it when lame people post about beeping...

 

i dont think u even have to tell ur gf to yell beep noises... they make a muzzle that you can strap on her that hears her scream, muffles it, and emits a beep instead. u just have to be sure shes the type to get scared at high rpms.

just dont put it on here when shes blabbing about stupid ****, cuz constant beeping is annoying

So all you guy who think this unit is gay....Well science of speed sell this beeping/shift lights. This product is used with or without the beeping. cheap too.

 

its a genius little mod that allows you to focus on driving, rather than having to worry about how close you are to redline at the track. even for city driving this is a neat little mod thats not as practical, but still helpful.

It's a big, well lit tach. You'd see redline even before you get there.

IMO the beeper was useful for people with 06-07 AP2s with the Hondata(or other EMS's) unit that takes the redline to 8.5k(or more).
