Default Simple AEM EMS question

okay I just bought a used AEM EMS from a forum member. He claims 100% that it is a 1052 unit. The thing is when i received the ems it had no serial numbers what so ever, so i cannot tell which it is. I know the 1052 is smaller in size but i dont remember the dimensions AEM told me when i gave them a call. So if anyone has pics between the two or any info to tell which is which, that will be great. thanks

It's about the size of your OEM ECU, but a bit thicker.

post a pic of it. I have the 1052u installed in my car, so I can compare the pic to my box. What are the dimensions of the box you have?

It looks just like mine, but mine has the UEGO port on the same side as the serial port, so you have the 1052, not the 1052u and not the 1012. I still have my box... let me see if it has any specs for dimensions...

from the pictures, thats definitely the newer smaller style AEM boxes. the oldschool ones are huge.
