s2k replacement parts
lol, not trying to sound offensive, but this reminds me of when i was 17, making lists of mods to do(1997) hehe
but really, yes obliviously a new motor build would be best, as well as a ap2 tranny, and a diff.
post your car, start with its weakness. Have you ever been to a track?

well im tired of **** going wrong in my s2k, its a 02 with 95k miles....
thinking about having the motor rebuilt for all motor....
thinking about swapping the tranny for one from an ap2....
and getting newer diff with 4.77s
and possibly ITBs and hondata kpro..
any advice?

The transmission from the AP1 is a lot better geared for both N/A and Forced induction.
The 4.77 gears are too short, you should go with the 5.44's.
ITB's would be good for the S, they're the easiest to tune and the most reliable for most conditions.
I wouldn't go with the Hondata Kpro, there's been a lot of bugs since the ECU tries to relearn itself. I would go with the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate or the VAFC. Those two tuning solutions are reliable and proven.
The S2000 isn't a civic, so before throwing a bunch of expensive parts at it, you might want to search around a bit
You're better off finding and fixing the problem before you start throwing money away building and buying things that you probably won't need.
But just cuz you asked....
The stock block is good as is, compression is also a good starting point.
The ap2 trans is much stronger and way better
The gears you want are a bit of an extreme but there have been really good results with them. I would opt for the 4.56 or 4.44 with a built diff and maybe an ap2 housing.
I think the itbs would be overkill for the street, not to mention tuning is more difficult. You will have great throttle response, but for the price, some will say they are not worth it.
If you do Kpro, you will also need some OEM parts to make it all work, including sensors, valve cover, etc. Not worth it. Stick with AEM for user friendliness and better tuning parameters.
To sum it up, an all motor build is nice but can get very expensive very quick. I suggest you really think about if it's worth it...and then think about it again. The power you will get is not something that can justify the money being spent, IMO.
