s2000 Daily Driver?
Hey everyone, Im lookn on getting an s2000 but if so it would be my daily driver. Just wondering if anyone else does to or if its out of the question.
i live in arizona and have a 95 accord as well - i have taken the accord out maybe 5-10 times in the 6-7 months that i've had the s2k
i'm probably going to sell the accord in the next couple of months since i'm driving the s a lot more than i expected - when i have the two options, i just always want to drive the s around

I drive mine around 60 miles per day, 5 days per week except on the days I ride my bike to work. Does just great, and it fits in almost as many places that my bike does in traffic.

I found it to be a chore to drive daily...im 6'4 and 235ish pounds...and i would never own that car to drive daily. Just my personal experience...noisey, cramped, and built for performance...there are many things that it does not encompass that i find almost neccesary for a daily driver.
im 6' and 170 lbs. and i use the car as a daily driver. its fine once i get in the car. thats not the problem but what im noticing is getting out of the car. since i got my car dropped a couple of inches i noticed that i am having to lean on the seat to get out of the car. you know what, i really dont mind doing that because everytime i get behind the wheel its nothing but pure pleasure. i noticed one thing, i would never settle for less. a couple of years back i had the choice to get a 2004 S2000 but i got a 2004 civic instead and always thought about i should have gotten the S2000 but its all good though i now own a 2001 S2000 the yellow color and its worth every penny and always using it as a daily driver. i get people asking me about it all the time and heads are always turning. its mainly stock and the only thing that was done to it was neuspeed lowering springs. i use it to go to work 5 days a week. if you are in the car for 2 or more hours as a daily communter i would not reccommend it because if you have back problems it would not help you at all. well i hope that helps you decide in what you want to use it as a daily commuter or not. good luck

my S is a dd....love it
i use it everyday, except for when snow is actually falling from the sky
for those instances, and for hauling my DJ equiptment around on the weekends, i use my Explorer

My DD, and love it, can't wait to pay it off though. I will be driving my EF this winter. Hopefully we won't get too much snow here in the Northeast this year, if not, I will drive my "S" on nice winter days.
