1. 5x114.3
2. HIDs stock on all year s2000's
3. The f20c has forged internals stock, so yes it will handle a good amount of power. It is going to need a headgasket to lower the compression a bit. the stock headgasket would be ok, but if you wanna make 450ish whp(which IS safe for the stock engine) recommended to do the head gasket.
4. no that offset is way to agressive and 19's are just to big IMO.
5. For a daily driver i would go with somehting different. Those are over kill for a DD
6. Yes s2000 has LSD
7. Dont really know...ive heard of fitmentissues, not to bad though.

From: TRILLINOIS....WAY downtown, jerky.
Buy an OEM hardtop, whether its Honda, or Mugen or Spoon. The fit and finish of OEM is unbeatable. You said unlimited budget, so why cut costs?
Buy a less agressive coilover for the street.
like you said....unlimited budget. I think a beater should be a part of your budget. Buy a beater or another daily driver thats practical, so you can mod your S2000 and have a back up for when it breaks or takes longer to get modded.

07 has day time running lights, the other models did not. pretty much all of the hids are the same, just the ballast are different sizs from ap1 - ap2.

4. They will fit if you seriously mod the car. Front fenders and rear over fenders + -camber. 19's are too big for the s2000 though, stick with 17's or 18's.
7. Seibon makes quality parts. Alot of people have that hardtop and they love it and say it fits great. I wouldnt buy it though, I rather have the mugen name then something that looks like a Mugen.

06 has daytime running lamps too
as well as VSA and its drive by wire. 06-07 are basically the same 04-05 are different, none of the good stuff that 06-07 has heh
i believe hondata made a reflash for 06 and kpro for ap1's with rsx ecu. so ap1 are very mod friendly but no torque.
