What are you guys doing for stereos in these cars?
There's no real trunk room. I have a single 12" and amp in my trunk but it's Audi and the trunk is huge. It might fit in the S but it will fill the entire trunk space there is and it's pretty heavy too so I don't want to screw up the weight and balance of the car either.

You can just do a head unit, an amp and a box. I'm sure a 12 will fit in there just fine. A 12 and a box probably weighs like 20lbs max. With the amp maybe 30lbs. No biggie. You can do an interface from modifry (www.modifry.com) so your dash controls for the stereo still work. I hate having that radio door open.
I might get a simple Pioneer headunit and the interface so I can hook up my Ipod static free.
I'm not so concerned about the weight of a box and amp I'm concerned it will negate the tiny bit of trunk space that is available if I need it for a little grocery shopping or something...I guess I can always just throw it on the passanger seat unless my gf is with then I'll have to try shove her in the trunk.
I like the blue as an exterior color I just don't like the blue interior is my issue.

i think the blue interior is pretty badass, definitely unique. i kinda wish i got an s2k instead of my civic. my main reason for not getting one is cuz i drive up to go skiing a few times every year and i can only afford 1 car.
OP have you seen the blue interior in person ? in pictures it is always captured as purple or with a pink hue that makes it look disgusting. in person its actually a very refined and calming combo. im just shooting out my *** though i drive a prelude
Although if that didn't happen, I would have went and sourced a set of 00-01 taillights. Those chrome rings give me the heebie geebies for some reason.
Agree with the silver, I am in the process of repainting the car another color.
As for Audio, mine came with the S2000 factory option speakers in the seats. Too high in the mids for me, but allows me to hear music on the roll.

That is a good point that pictures always don't look the same as in person and I will have to see one for myself.
I just really like black leather interior but I'm not against looking at something different especially since they're such great deals.
QFT. Mine was a salvage rebuild. It had very minimal front end damage and the bags were deployed. Through the tear down process, it was just a replacement of a bumper, radiator support, front bumper beam, radiator, A/C line, Hood, Pass. Headlight, Condensor, and the two fans. Oh yeah, 2 seatbelts, SRS Module, and 2 airbags. The frame rails were missed, and it was about 8 inches from the steering rack. Best find IMO next to a stolen recovery. The car was incredibly clean and very stock with very low miles.

no, marty's an oriental. meaning he has tens of thousands of dollars stashed away in the walls of his house while claiming low income status to the gov. for benefits.

oriental is a ****ing rug ! you oriental !
Anyways, a Bank will most likely not, due to its low value. Its usually about half that of a clean title car value wise on the market. dagle's comment had some scary truth to it, But he would know since he is also an oriental.

Well my situation is different from alot of people's.
I wanted to mod the crap out of the car from the get go and needed a reason to do so. Hence replacing all the parts that were junk, with aftermarket parts from the get go.
I was able to purchase two cars through dealer auctions with damage. Of course one very subtle and one smashed beyond all recognition. Also was able to perform 90% of the work myself including having a storage area for both cars, and a shop to perform all other work that needed to be done. It took me 7 months to find the right first car, and another 4 to find the perfect parts car.
I was planning to buy a clean title car completely cash, So with that I was able to finance buying the two cars, parting them out to recouperate the money used to fund the parts car, and then mod the car.
Its not for everyone and it turned out to be a win/win situation for me.
