you're gonna have to take it in and get it yourself unless somebody here works at honda. they're real strict. when i went it to get mine i had to show proof of registration and my drivers license and the guy was like "this looks a lot like the one that got stolen out of my car". is it your radio or somebody else's?

yup just go to local dealer. i've heard of some actually charging you for this, but if they do give them a hard time cause its all bullshit.

i called to get mine and just faxed in proof of ownership...it was free

 

I don't know if you got it done already, but when you turn on the radio hold down 1 and 6. The screen will display 2 four digit numbers. Give those two the dealership and they should give you the code. I didn't have to give proof of ownership, but I know the service manager, so you might have to.
