i am about to order a hardtop from the dealer.

My question is, how will i recieve it? does it come with the install kit and everything i need to install it?

Also, what does it take to install? im confident i can take care of it myself, just curious

 

It comes with all the right stuff you need to install it. It comes with brackets which hold it place on the car, as well as wiring for the rear defroster. It even comes with new strikers, in case you have the older style ones which aren't compatiable with the hardtop. It is farily easy to install, but you'll need assitance to actually put the hard top on the car, its too big to do alone.

 

the hardtop is pre assembled and it comes with either hardware kit A, B or C.

 

got mine with everything needed from desert honda in las vegas. took about 5 business days for me to receive the hard top. I installed it with a friend it really only took about an hour and a half. I took more time taking the plastic pieces off..

i did mine alone.. call me Hercules!! lol

all you guys keep saying is it come with hardware, etc.. doesnt it comes in a big ol' box? im afraid you going to recieve it all dented and scratch the hell out... ROFL

 

so it comes with side catchers and the front strikers?
