Default clutch problem??? need help please

i have a 03 s2000 that my gf daily drives to work at back. today when she was on her way back, the clutch just stopped working. the clutch pedal goes all the way down, and it wont raise back up. Only way to raise it back up is to pull it with your hand. I checked the clutch fluid and its completely full. I dont know what else it could be. Anyone have an idea?

I checked all around the car and there is no leaks anywhere. Also car starts without pressing down the clutch anymore and I can still shift into gears fine when the car is off.

Sounds Like a Clutch Slave cylinder. Replace it. Could Be a Master cylinder too.
But most likely slave cylinder.
