UK S2000 2005, 70k from new, just failed 3rd Cat. 2 OEMs and now a Berk high flow.
Is there a Cat out there that can survive the high fuel load being dumped on vtec.
Just had to put a rattling old OEM back on with a grub screw mod to hold each honey comb. Now works fine again but won't last😖

 

I'm going to drill the debris left in the Highflow Berk cat so I am left with a decat pipe. Do I need to do anything special with the O2 sensor?
The old OEM cat is just surviving with a weekly twist of a screw beneath each internal honey comb disc.
Has any others driven their S2000 so hard in vtec that it eats cats (not real ��) the platinum ones!
