Bought ruckus not running and all apart put it all together . Missing headlights and tail light and horn . fuel pump not working so I replaced it. Bought 2 Chinese ones no luck so I got a new OEM one still nothing, I swapped relays around , new blue relay checked the 3 little fuses they are good .
