How can i tell which wiring harness i have? I have an h22 that im doing a swap, but i dont have the wiring harness from that engine. I found one, but the guy doesnt know which h22 it came from..not to knowledgeable on wiring, but isnt there a obd1 h22 and obd2 h22...whats the difference is my question. thanks

Whats the block Read? H22A1 is most likely a OBD1 except for ones that came out of a 96. If it reads H22A4 its a OBD2 for sure.

 

yeah thats what is confusing me. its h22a1, but i dont know which year though. I know is a closed deck so im thinking 93, but not sure.

hey thanks..now i have to find an obd1 harness...

another ? for you. i have the obd2-obd1 jumper, so does that mean that i can still use the oem obd2 harness instead of the obd1 h22 harness and take what senders i need from the obd1 and splice it into the obd2?
