Window Trim Question...Please Help!

The black window trim on my 99 prelude is all weathered and faded, and kind of bumpy. Is this normal due to normal wearing, or is their a way i can replace it or paint it?

This is a common problem. You must replace the molding.

how do you remove the trim ?? can you post some picture and steps...cause my 97 lude trim is showing some chrome... i want to remove the trim cause i want to paint it and im painting the whole car.

I wouldnt paint the exterior trim cause its not gonna come out good and it will weather pretty fast. you are better off just replacing it if its showing metal
