Default What should be changed when doing a main seal replacement?

I have a slightly severe oil leak on the drivers side of the engine. I can't exactly pinpoint where the oil is coming from but my mechanic seems to think its a bad main seal. Anyway as far as my parts list I currently have...
Water Pump
Timing Belt
Timing Cover Gasket
Crankshaft Seal
Camshaft Seal

What else should I look into changing while I've got the timing cover cracked open??

It is probably the balance shaft seal, but it could be the front main.

If you're going to replace those seals, do the timing belt, water pump, front main seal, balance shaft seals, and both cam seals.

Do NOT reuse the autotensioner. Use only a brand new autotensioner, or convert to a manual tensioner.

it looks like he has an h23 so he probably doesnt have an auto tensioner

but yeah, replace all the seals on the tbetl side as you mentioned, the water pump, and the timingbetl and balancer belt if u are running one. while your in there, have one of those balancer shaft retainer clips installed too, they cost like a few bucks from the dealer.

Thanks guys, the balancer seal would have completely slipped my mind if you wouldn't have brought it up. Yea I'm using the original manual tensioner... Anyway should I just bypass the balance shaft while I'm in the area? A little off topic but my A/C isn't working at the moment and I would like to bypass the compressor until I can get around to fixing it. Would I be able to go to a parts store and get the belt for the "alternator w/o a/c"?
