The car is a 92 prelude Si 4WS

I have taken apart the Vss Unit the sensor from the drive shaft unit and i see that the drive shaft is not spinning when i have the car in gear and the wheels are spinning I have the car on jack stands. I did a clutch in the car and then the speedo is not working and i get a vss code and i got a new one and replaced it nothing but like i said the shaft that goes from the diff to the VSS is not spinning The gears are still there and is good shape any help would be great
