VAFC settings

Hey I have the Boxer VAFC and I was wondering what kind of air/fuel settings you all are using? I have I/H/E on my car. Thanks alot!

dont do it by yourself and dont copy anyone elses settings, it may ruin your car. go tune it at a dyno, best way to get hp out of your car.

I have few friends with same setup and they all run -5 all across and vtec x over at 4700 . Ive always heard every car is different, but they all spent good money on tuning and dyno time and then re worked them to those specs and got better power.
