Default Timing advance question.

I got crower stage 2 cams and they are degreed -2, I got a good basemaped ecu and according to the guy who sold it to me I could put my timing back to -+0. This is the part that gives me a headache when it comes to working on my own car because I don't even know where to start. Can someone give me instructions on how to do it and the tools that I need?

You're right, I'll look for a good shop and see how much they would charge, thanks.
