I should be getting the stainless flanges in this week. I'm still waiting for deposits from some people. Once received I can get this going.

BTW, Corey still hasn't got his LSD back. Once that is in, we can get some dyno numbers on at least header #4 and possibly #5 before this weekend. As always timing plays a big role in being able to test. Corey races at Summit this weekend so the car HAS to be back together.

I just received word last night that my uncle passed away yesterday so I'm waiting for information about his funeral. Depending on that schedule, Corey and Morgan(?) may have to go to the dyno without me.

I really want you guys to see what I think should be some very good numbers and graph profile ASAP.

I'm sorry guys for the hold up on the dyno, its my fault, not SMSP's for not having the dyno's done.. For some reason, my rebuilt LSD doesn't want to show up at my door.. If all goes well, i plan on Dynoing on Thursday or Friday..

dave, i should know about the itr master cylinder tomorrow.

but i should also mention if needed i have a totally stock 4th gen. prelude vtec. car has always been stock it's whole life. just recently picked it up from a friend's father. car runs strong and has only oem parts including exhaust and intake if that's something you'd like to dyno.

That car would be a good candidate for a "before and after" test on a stock car. Testing on Corey's car should give numbers that can be compared with the previous headers though.

Well, should be at the dyno at the end of the week.. Again, my car has been broken, so have to fix before we can make it to the dyno..

Corey

Also, anyone in Northern/Richmond VA that would have a SH to test fit the header on?

Default Flanges Anyone?

Close Up

I'll be sending out a final notice today to those who haven't paid their deposits, then I'll go to the folks on the waiting list.

Thanks,

I know it means jack to the performance of the header but that last time I had the logo machined in the flange it was by laser and there's no comparison to having it machined.

Those machined leters increase surface area near the head and promote better cooling. Should be good for at least 4 hp...

Neat. Of course with that etched in, it's gonna be hard to claim it's a carb-exempt DC header!

How long is the waiting list? If there are people left on the waiting list after the run of 10 are done, do they carry over to the next run (assuming there will be one)?

I am interested...again.
