Default simple ecu question

I have a 1998 prelude sh which has an obd2 ecu if I wanted to swap in a p28 ecu what would I need exactly?

I why does that matter, I've heard of SH being tuned. I'm wondering if I need an adapter or some kind of jumper to plug in the OBD1 ecu into the car.
