Should I apply stuff to the interior?
Considering it's a new car, should I bother with applying something like Armor-all dash protectant and applying leather cleaner/conditioner on the leather seats right away?
I want to keep my interior in the best condition as possible for the longest time...

yes, use armor all on the vinyl and leather conditioner on the leather. it will help keep it looking fresh, espeially when it gets hot in the summer and the interior begins to dry out.
be proactive, not reactive.

Personally, I wouldnt touch the stuff....absolutely hate armour all and all that stuff.....
How many years are you goingto keep the car? 10? 15? 20? if not then just use a damp cloth or soemthing do lift the dirt...the residue that armour all leaves, is crap on your skin, and in the summer months it will actually rise to cling to your windscreen......

I hate armoral... if I use it, it's the non gloss, and I use very little, then wipe over it with a dry clean cloth to take any of the excess off. I hat the damn "film" and the residue that Lewd is talking about drives me insane.
New dashes shouldn't need anything like armor-all. The polymers used in the dash is much more UV resistant than they used to be. My 88 lude has never had armor all on it and it is still perfect, yes it has the black interior and it has always been outside. I hate having a slimmy dash so I stay away from all those type of things. Clean it with a damp cloth and it will last fine.
As far as leather goes, clean and condition it regularly if you don't you will have cracks and it won't be worth anything.
