Default shock problem ?

My car has a problem , with suspension travel on one side only. The car moves up and down a lot more than the other side , im thinking the bilstein shock is done but im not sure why , i took them off a month ago to change the springs to sleeve coils but decided there would not be enough travel with so i put back the neuspeeds it came with. Is there something with the shock mount that could be on wrong to make the piston move freely up in there ? Reason i ask is i checked the shocks and i could not even push the piston down very stiff i dont see how it could just give out like that.

Okay, you said you took just put back the neuspeed? Did you also put back the Bump Stop? stop? The rubber front bushing between the shocks and under the srings cover?

IC> There is not much you can do but simply replacing the sturts. Neuspeed sprint is not bad and shouldn't really be the problem here. Once the shock start leaking, it's game over. Get new shocks. Good luck.
