My 89 Prelude idles roughly at a stop, and even dies. It runs smoothly once it is moving (especially on the freeway). When it warms up, the idle improves, but is still rough. I gave it a tune up, used fuel additives and had the carbs cleaned and adjusted. The car ran smoother for one night (after the carbs were cleaned and adjusted), but the problem returned the next day.
