Is there any brands to look out for? Which is made closest to oem spec(if possible)

 

don't buy Dorman. I just bought one and it is squealing like a b!tch.

 

Just buy the upper controla rm ball joint recall unit, then press otu the old ball joint and install the new one, this way you can replace the bushings as well and have the whole situation new again for around 120 bucks and its all stock parts (unless you use poly bushings from energy or some other company). The recall ball joint unit is 80 canadain dolalrs, it comes with the ball joints, the cotter pins, but not the castle nuts.

There is a set on ebay for 150. Says"JDM Honda Prelude BB1 BB4 H22A OEM Genuine Front Upper Arm Control Set 1992-1996" does this mean it won't fit on my 93 f22??
