It's not that hard. Most of it is in the engine bay and pretty easy, but that last bit of it is somewhat harder (electronics, wiring, evaporator in dash, etc..)

I'm thinking about doing it during my spring break. Is there a diagram to show all of the AC components? I don't want to remove the wrong part haha.

wouldn't that be rain?

OP just get a shorter belt for the winter/spring time and throw it back on there during the summer

Down here we reach 100% humidity just about every day during the summer, it blows.. nothing like being hot and sticky.

Hmm I rather just remove the whole thing since it doesn't blow cold air at all and I dont have the money or want to spend any just to have cold air.

I removed everything in the engine bay and left the evaporator alone; still have heat.

The evap looks like a bitch to remove thanks for the diagram. No need to cap off anything?

sweet sounds like I am gonna do this during spring break. What belt secifications are you running without the AC? H22/H23 differences?

One more question, I would have to lift the engine to remove that Evaporator wouldn't I?

Same length, but make sure you count how many ribs you need on your belt or just bring the old one as an example.

The evaporator case is a big plastic thing and it's a few pounds, but if you take the whole case out you can't have heat. You can gut it out and lose a couple lbs, but not a whole lot.

Remove that condensor you lazy bastard!
