i just bought a used wings west RS back skirt from a neighbor. I was going to install it today but when i went to go install it i realized that all it has to hold it onto the car is a strip of sticky stuff that goes around the whole skirt. I thought i would "bolt" it on or something. Is that sticky stuff all it needs to stay on? It seems like it would fall off with just that. and also do i attach it to the stock black back piece on my rear bumper?
