i have a 93' prelude that wont start. i figured out that its not getting any fuel. the fuel pump's not pumping. i thought i had a bad fuel pump so i went to the junk yard and pulled one out of a similar prelude. when i put it in, still nothing. so i hooked up a multimeter the the wires and got no voltage. so i think i have a bad relay but i have no idea where it could be. any ideas would be much appreciated

 

Check to see if you have spark. If you have no spark aswell my best guess would be it time for the main power relay resolder/replacement.

 

Did you check the fuel pump fuse?
