Default primary 02

can some one point me into the right direction as to hooking up the o2 sensor straight to the ecu i think i have a bad wire some where in my engine harness and i want to see if straight wire the o2 in will make the CEL go away

There are digital copies of the Helm's manual online; find one for the 92-96 Prelude VTEC and look for the ecu pinout.

I'll be nice. OP, For a 4th gen prelude-from the o2 sensor: the white wire goes to D14 and orange/white wire goes to A6 on the ECU terminals. But like someone else mentioned, try a new sensor or check the wiring for any cuts on the jacket/insulation. Do you know how to use a multimeter or have access to one? Next time specify the year of your car

yah i put a new one and still did the same, and tested the voltage down at the ecu that was good also have replace the main relay and all of the filters, think i may have a bad fpr

You would probably have a bad fuel filter before having a bad FPR..... BTW, you never specified what the CEL was.
