Power Failure..
When i was driving the other day i was at a red light and my center vents weren't working so i smacked the top of my dash, not too hard but hard enough..
Then my speedometer lights turned off
I drove like that until the next red light then i turned off the car and started it back on, my speedometer turned back on
But my CD player didn't turn on
I tried turning it on, but didn't work
I got to where i was heading, turned off the car, turned it back on and everything was working right.
Tried it again just to make sure.
However, every once in awhile when im pressing the ***** on my CD Player, it will shut off and i have to press the power button to turn it back on
Do i need a new battery? or wtf is going on
BTW its an aftermarket stereo, its a full oel screen so it probably takes more voltage then a standard

You have bad electrical connections. Your radio Hot wire comming from battery seems to be loose, OR, your ground for your radio came off. Make sure you have your deck grounded and the Ground wire from your deck harness hooked up too (to the ground wire in your honda's wire harness in dash ie. behind your cd player).
Its nothing to do with your battery.
Pull your deck, and check all your connections. Don't just look at them. Yank on eitherside of the connections, if they pop out, or you need to redo the connections than read below.
Pull them apart ONE BY ONE, and remake them ONE BY ONE. When remaking the connections use new crimps or merettes work great to (#31 orange) for ease of removal (so when someone jacks your car they might not cut it out, but take the time to remove each little merette
lol ). Also, make sure the wires look good (no nicks, no missing strands like if some fall out when you strip the wire. If some strands break off, cut and restrip. Recrimp them wit the proper yellow crimps, with yellow crimper.
OR ofcourse solder them and shrink wrap. What ever you got handy or how ever cheap you wanna do it. Good luck.
Your speedo probably wouldn't happen again but don't quote me. You probably jared the connection where it momentairly cut out. I don't myself understand why it wouldn't come right back on immediately while you were driving but I'm sure some one here would have a better explaination.
