piston ring gaps

Default piston ring gaps

i just got my block and piston ring back from the machine shop and they told me that my piston ring gaps are much bigger then what wiseco told them to grind them too. My question is if i have to much gap will my motor smoke a lot or will it blow up ? need help guys.

if your machine shop knows about our motors, then i'd have an issue. if it's too large, you're going to be burning a lot of oil which sucks out of practically a new motor
