Phearable ECU and IABs

I just got a chipped P06 from Phearable.net. In a piece of paper it says I need to unplug the IAB (basically disabling the IAB function).

What could be the effect if I keep the IAB on?

P06 doesn't have IAB function so its off.

Sorry for mentioning P06. Phearable did not mention specific ECU, it was for a OBD1 Non-Vtec Engine
