Default Nevr ending PS problems!

Bought a lude not too long ago. When i got it the power steering had been run dry and squeeled like no other. Replaced the pump and it then just squeeled on start-up, but foamed up after about ten minutes and continued to squeel. Put new o-rings on the inlet/outlet and used silicone sealant. Was able to stop the foaming. But now it still squeels on start-up. So sick of this **** n e one have n e ideas? It seems that there is also a very slow leak which i have found but cannot identify.. and is not the belt, have used belt dressing and didn't affect the squeel or tone at all.

Tried adjusting belt deflection via the nut that sticks straight out up at you as your looking down at the pump? The racks in these cars are known to suck as well as far as their life span. You could be leaking from the rack, lift the car up and turn the wheel lock to lock with someone else looking at the rack ends to see if the rack is leaking.
