Default NEED HELP!

I posted yesterday about some oil pump issues i think im having. Someone brought to my attention that a chance that a oil galley might be differnt because i recently changed heads. I have a h22a4 in my 2001 prelude and i bought new head that had been decked and pressure tested. all my parts dizzy and everything bolted right up no problem is there any chance is could be wrong head ? my buddies just trying to make sure it is the oil pump before i actually get to replacing and not just wrong head. If anything the head is maybe a h22a?? but i was under impression that a usdm dizzy wont bolt up to a h22a. If anyone has any input let me know. Reason for believing my oil pump is going is cause i have low oil pressure. around 10 to 15 psi at 3000 rpms and it never really goes over 25 psi so it wont hit vtec or anything. PLEASEEEE someone with some knowledge help me out
