Default My compression fixed itself?

what do you guys make of this?

about 2 years ago i compression tested my car. my 4th cylinder had bad compression, my numbers were like 205 208 202 168. this pissed me off but whatever, the car still felt strong.

i then compression tested it after a year of spraying and came up with just about the exact same numbers, with the bad 4th cylinder. i did the second compression test with a different tester, and actually in an engine class i was taking at the time so there is no question about if i was doing it right or not.

Anyway, today we compression tested my friend's prelude, and i didn't really want to even see what my numbers were but we did mine after his anyway. i came up with just about perfect 215's all the way across. i redid it three times to make sure, and i keep getting the same results! so obviously i am happy, but how is this possible? could a piston ring have re-settled or something?

You are lucky that you didnt hurt your engine while spraying with a cylinder that has bad compression. I dont know why it would have improved but good thing for you anyway.

It is possible that your valve was not sealing all the waybecause of carbon and the nitrous got it hotter then normal and burned it out.
I have heard that before. Sounds like a long shot but?
