Default Modified Intake

Let me know what you guys think, suggestions for making it better are welcome... I think im gonna take some sand paper to the hole thing to clean it up alot.









I am not putting the spacer in.

it looks really bumpy in those pictures but its smooth to the touch... i used a die grinder. Ill be makin it alot smoother though with sand paper

honestly I thnk it looks pretty good. and alot of that will come out by just sanding.

i did the same thing without good results. my car would idle like **** and felt a big loss of power. but let me no how it works out 4 ya

what else did you have done to the car? Did you take out the spacer?

Yea spill the beans! Any dyno's? Did you tune? What else was done etc.

Then that was the problem. I mean come on you can't essentially turn a dual stage Im into a single stage and expect it to run on the same tune.

yea, might be running towards the end of the month, if not early april. Ill make a new post... let you know what i get from the butt dyno (but im also gonna have my 2.5in collector mod goin on at the same time).

i street tuned it. could not get it rite. and i am good with a presure reg and a vtec controler. but could not get it rite.

Well you can say what you want about "butt dyno's" as you call it. 4 years ago his car went 13.90's all motor on street tires with one of our butt dyno tunes on an V-afc. Also my nitrous car went in the 12's on drags on an V-afc also 4 years ago also. Could we have gotten more power out of the dyno I would be a fool to say no but.... you don't absolutely NEED to go to the dyno especially with a basic setup IF you know what your doing. IMO (which doesn't mean shyt) Dyno #'s don't mean a thing ET #'s do
