Yeah that's right, another PITA tranny problem. This time we goofed when we installed an LSD and carbon synchros. For some reason we didn't put a shim in right or a sleeve upside down and the casing won't go back together, we've tried a rubber hammer but no luck. Does anybody have a full write-up or diagram on step by step synchro and shaft assembly?
