yeah that seems to be the easyiest way from the way i kept looking at the two angles. man being 6'2 and having big hands n feet (13's) helps nothing on a honda cept messd up heel toe-ing and the constant irritation of NOT being able to reach or do anything easily under the hood hahaha - thanks !

Go at it from the bottom and make sure you have the right size deep socket. I did mine a while ago and it's pretty easy if the oil filter is off.

It's probably for an H/F engine seeing as how this is the Prelude forum.

I believe it's a 21mm socket since I just swapped one out of an H22a this past weekend.

yoo..i have asuggestion...and it worked for me. Use some really good epoxy around theknock sensor...where the plastic and metal meet. the KS is known for breaking and ****, so adding soem epoxy will def stregthen up the bond. Its just a suggestion

Now that I think of it, it could have been 27mm. It wasn't an OEM knock sensor, but we used a 1 1/16th socket and that fit it. Wierd.

Well, 27mm = 1.063 inches which just so happens to equal 1-1/16 (or within .0005 of it)

My math isn't that good, but my luck was! I don't think I even have a 27mm socket?
