My Dad and I just got a 94 Prelude Vtec for a project car, it's really not that bad at all, and we got it for $1800. But anyway, I am going to have somewhere around $250 left for mods (granted I know that is not much at all) But more is coming! Hopefully! But I just wanted to know the best mod that i can get for that much, I'm kinda leaning towards and exaust, but i dunno, if i get one i want it to sound good. Well anyway, any help would be great.

Also, one other thing that i for got about, the other day i popped the gas door opened and saw that it said Premium Unleaded Fuel Only, and it said to check the owners manual, but i don't have one, so can u tell me what octane that it needs, also can u tell me a place to download a manual?

by premium it means 91+ octane i believe

great grab. well with that money you got left over, i'd say get a aem cai. and yes all prelude vtec's need at least 91 octane.

 

Well, as far as the engine goes, it is solid, it's got about 108k miles on it. But it needs a new hood, windshield, and passenger side fender. But as far as getting it painted I've got that covered, my Dad used to have his own body shop. So he says he's gonna put a "custom" paint job. What that means, I have no clue! But he says it should be finished around December, and I'll post a couple of pics. Thanks for your help
