intake air temperature sensor
the wires on the plug are fine on my intake air temperature sensor
there is one cut black wire further downthe wire loom
any one know what this is?
i have a cel for my iat sensor
is this wire a ground?

Those go to your iat sensor from what my car looks like. Mine has a green with yellow stripe and red with yellow stripe
Black is universally ground I believe is it not??

Yes very easy. So are there wires on your IAT already?
Iat takes two wires as it is a two wire connector that plugs into the sensor that is mounted to your Throttlebody.
If so what color are the wires on your IAT?
We do need a more lightened picture though. If you show me what you got to work with we'll get this fixed no problem
Not sure on limp mode. Lets fix it and find out

LOL I can't see crap, where is that picture being taken from the same spot where your iat sensor is?? You can see that picture clearly? Which wire do you want to know anyway? the red one I'm assuming that goes from bottom right corner to the top
okay, so whats the orientation of the second picture please, like where we looking from? The pic is close where I can't get my bearings. I'll start looking these up right away
in the middle the blue wire
i think that is the tach reference the blue wire its like snipped i have primary wire i just have to find out where these go
i know your tach reference being messed up puts you in limp mode

Likely have to copy and blow up I guess sorry. Would be nice if they combo'ed color codes too like an electrical schematic should
Now if he used that harness (F22) you have to cross reference where the h22 components are on the motor(where the wires go) to where they were on the F22 harness. If they are in different spots he would have to run jumpers and splice the connectors to where they would need to go on the vtec motor. Doesn't look like alot of differences. Have to look at it more in depth though

here is the thing on the blue wire
different location on our cars i guess

yeah go do that. I'll keep looking for the blue wire.
You got what you need to connect it all? You have the sensor in the throtle body, so you need the connector and those two wires hooked into it on the appropriate sides.

yeah, that still leaves it inconclusive for us though. If its not hooked up on civics though and their tach's work whats that wires purpose than?
I also see now something called a tachometer connector on the passenger side around shock tower, whats that for..?

yeah, there are suppose to be wires on IACV. You didn't look at the h22 diagram lol c106 for h22 and f22 so there shouldn't be any problems there with your harness working with your h22
those are shown as black/ blue, and yellow/ black though. which means black with blue stripe and yellow with black stripe
green/wwhite and red/ yellow is IAT sensor
