Instrument cluster question!!

Instrument cluster question!!
I have seen some preludes with a chrome ring around the instrument cluster and was wondering how it was done and were i could get the rings. Help would be appreciated thanks!

You have to take out your cluster, then take the plastic covers off, then pop the little rings out with a small screw driver. Once you start taking things apart, you'll see what needs to be done
