i was going to swap my si for an h22a........but i didnt know how difficult it is to swap and what parts a normal person wouldnt have.........like an engine harness...........also do i need to raise it up to install............please help me................also....will i have any problems with e-check

i also want to know what i can do about exhaust and headers because they are not an even fit after the swap

What I will say is that engine swaps are not for the timid. Your best bet is to have a pro do it. Or at least get a couple of knowledable buddies to give you a hand.

I don't know what "e-check" is, but I'm assuming emissions...that all depends on whether or not you do a good job tuning it.

In regards to the intake/header question...the search button, like VTEC, is a marvel of modern technology.

 

intake will still fit, header wont, exhaust will.

engines are pretty easy when you think about it. just unplug pull out. then put in and plug it up.

The wiring looks to be the hardest part for me. I've got mine sitting at work. If I could just pay someone to make me a wiring harness I would try to do the timing belt and tensioner stuff myself.
