help wanted, help NEEDED!?!?
I have recently bought a 1992 Honda accord and did a motor swap putting in a H23 prelude enigine. I am having soo many problems out of the wire harness and i cant seem to find ANYBODY in the US that has one. I already have about $1800 wrapped up in it and its gonna cost me about $800 more to get it up and running. I am still in school so i cant really afford to do it all right away. I was thinking about just selling the engine and taking my loss and just up and buying a '92 to '96 lude? would that be a good idea or is the car worth goin on with???
well i def dont really have my heart set on an accorlude because i dont really like the 92 accord body all that much its just got soo much potential of soo much speed just by putting a t3t4 turbo they are beasts but how much could i get outta the h23 engine if i do sell it??? how much is it worth
well the motor has a little over 100,000 miles on it and it is a really clean motor runs good has lightweight flywheel stage 3 clutch it really is in good condition the only problem is the wire harness got messed up when we did the swap
Why would you sell the motor and not the whole car itself if did plan on getting a prelude? Even if you did sell the whole car be prepared to take a HUGE loss. First it's swapped and secondly it's not even running. Nobody wants to buy somebody elses problems. Now this being said I would probaly get a Prelude.
Do some digging i'm sure you can find a S/SI/SE for a decent price.

Mature response..a rarity on this board. Ok I'm not sure what your problem is but you dont need a H23 harness. Your Accord harness works fine. If its messed up just look for another one they are a dime a dozen

Someone needs to do some reading. Don't go buying into something you can't handle, or aren't prepared to handle (not even speaking on money, more on the understanding of what it is you're doing). Not being an ***, just saying. Also, why does a stock h23 have a stage 3 clutch? Kinda overkill...
