Default Help with camshaft selection

I have an F20B, so I am going to need a H22 camshaft. Stock compression is 11.0, and i dont plan on raising it. F20B head has a mild port and polish when it comes from factory, so I'd rather not do head work.

Looking for a camshaft that will make power till 9000rpms. Looking for around 230 total horses. So what i need is a camshaft that will work on the stock block and head, and won't die out before 9000rpms.

Right now motor is using Type S cams, which seem to make power to the 8500 redline.
