Default hardcore bogging?

ok here is my situation, i have an h22 that i had built. it is built for turbo but i am still waiting for my manifold to come in. i need to drive it for school and work. i was riding my motorcycle all summer but now its cold and wet. i decided to reinstall my stock manifold, stock intake manifold and stock injectors. i left the egr on the manifold unplugged and took out the egr peice that sits on the fender wall near the powersteering resevoir. i also took out the charcoal canister along with that evap sensor near the map sensor. reason i did that is because i will be running the aem ems but since im waiting for the turbo manifold i decided to use the stock ecu. i took my car out for a drive yesterday and put my first 60 miles on my motor. this morning i started the car up, let it warm up then i drove off, about a minute later, my car starting bogging heavily and will not accelerate. also when the bogging occurs, my tach needle likes to jump around. i was thinking that one of the sensors may be bad in the distributor because i see the needle jumping around. i can't run that check engine light because the light flickers on and off when it bogs, then when the car dies, there is no check engine light. i was thinking that it could be the tdc, ckp, cyp, or even the O2 sensor. fuel is working properly, i have good grounds everywhere. i am completly stumped. any ideas?
