hi everyone. i have just finished up doin my h23vtec swap into a 93 civic hatch. the car starts up fine, but has a miss. The miss is coming from cylinder #1. So far i have tried two different distributor one from a 94 h22 prelude and the distributor that came with the h23. Its getting fuel, and getting spark. I am using a chiped p28 ecu, with a modded 93 civic si harness. the miss is really be when the car is under load. please help

Re: h23vtec swap problems
If your using OBD1 dizzies check the resistance inbetween each sensor, off the dizzy plug. Each one should be in between 350-700 ohms

Re: h23vtec swap problems
ok, found out what the problem is. i had one bad injector. So i went and bought another set from a guy i know, but he wasnt sure if the were for a prelude we do know that they are high imp. so i went and put them in the car, started fine, but then when you give it gas is bogs down. does anyone know if this part number is for a prelude or now. part number is 6mjs. thats the part number on the side of the injector.

Re: h23vtec swap problems
took the car out to a local 1/8 mile track and ran a best of 8.82 at 80mph, in a full interior eg hatch.
