Default h23 4th gen problems. please help.

recently took the tb off and cleaned it. after i put it back on i now have a large power loss and very sticky throttle. the power loss is up intil 4k in every gear once i hit 4k it runs as it should all the way to 5k. by the time you hit 5k the car feels like the valve cover is gonna blow off the top of the motor and at 6k it falls on its face. i have replaced the tb gasket and cleaned iacv and replaced o2 sensor and still no luck.... any suggestions?

i bought a new tps online but havent replaced it yet. i have not checked the voltage yet either but it does throw a cel when i unplug it. but it runs the same with or without it. i was told that it could be a melted cat.. but theres no way in hell that a stock h23 could possibly get hot enough to melt a cat... or can it?
