i have swapped lots a motors and those stampings are authentic. the nines look like some *** tampered with it on pretty much all jdm blocks. i can take a pic of my friend jdm b18c5 if you all want but just take me and the others word that those stampings are authentic and the h22b actually does exist. who cares anyway its still the same motor.

 

did they have a pic of the whole motor? to me it looks like a jdm F22B block with the top part of the 'F' filled in and the right side of the 'H' dremeled in, then they painted it to cover up the filled in part of the F. if you look closely, the right side of the H isnt perfectly straight, and, in fact, its a little thicker than the other side... i think this is a fake...

 

ok boys i have said it once PocketRockets Racing and DcWest confirmed that it is a real stap. so i will say it one more time it is an ACCORD MOTOR. so please drop it. it is real just because you never seen it does not make it not real.

The parts dept guys in my city don't even know what an h22a is. You cant speak in engine codes (or anything technical) to the parts guys. Or maybe Honda dealers in Memphis just hire dumbasses for the parts counter.

In Forza (xbox) there are 2 H22 swaps available, and one looks like its non-vtec (less hp). I know its just a video game, but maybe the game developers know something we don't...

I would actually love to find out the real answer to this topic. If there really is any H22'B' then I would like to know the specs on it and all that good stuff. Hopefully we will find the answers SOON!
