actually, i believe the first production car which the h22a came in was 1992. the 4th gen. jdm prelude and usdm prelude. i don't believe the 4th gen. was offered in 91 in japan.
if you want to speak of production dates as in motors, then the usdm would also be 92-95.5 or so.
a good portion of motors are produced the year prior. so a 95 could most definitely have a 94 stamped motor.
