h22a vtec pressure switch HELP!!!!
I have an obd1 h22a and it pulls a code 22, i've chased it down to vtec pressure switch. Is that correct? i cant for the life of me find anywhere how to test, find or fix the switch. is it something i need to spray with carb cleaner?

NO NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN SPRAY WITH CARB CLEANER! its under the vtec solenoid on the side of the head, when the car is off, unscrew it, there should be two wires goin to it. more than likely it is bad, go to a junkyard, any vtec pressure switch will work, acura or honda there all the same, i picked one up for under 20 bucks! just go on and replace it, but if your car had that motor swapped in go on and chekc for ground and continuity and all that! make sure the wires are all hooked up good and snug!
