my thoughts exactly..
maybe you should:
-look up the gear ratios of your F22 tranny and compare them with an H22 tranny
-take into account that you loose oodles of power from the tq converter. (yes, oodles)

my ignition timing is set right at shop. but now i think about cam timing. may be belt skiped a tooth... if belt skip one tooth will i get driveable car that will lack of power at top end? or it will be not driveable at all?

YES! thats your friggin problem, slipping one tooth can change your cam timing a **** tone, that would be your problem, that and the fact your runing it thru an auto tranny, get atleast a 5speed m2f4

it'll run one tooth off with stock clearences, but it'll run like *** when vtec hits. I would definitly check out the cam timing, that's a hard thing to match up but it's critical
thanks. tomorrow i will check cam timing and try to fix it if it will e wrong.
for a vtec sound - it's defenatly vtec, cos for now IABs are connected just to manifold with vacum line (without any control and so on) and vtec crossover i hear exactly at 5500 rpms

Seriously though, the problem is the tranny that you have your H22 mated to. If there was really anything wrong internaly with the engine or anything like that, then you most likely would not be hitting Vtec, or even be able to rev past about 6k without the ecu giving you **** for it. And if your timing was off if would probably randomly stall and idle like ****.
Oh, and its in a gay Accord

i checked everything and engine still doesnt run right

your losing power through the auto transmission like 20 people told you that...what esle do you wanna know that the auto tranny is magically goin to make your vtec kick in harder...auto tranny=poo cheeks.
I wont go as far as its cause you have the f22 tranny cause people with h22+f22 tranny manual run decent times...but lose the automatic man.
